Golmaal: A mystery: Chapter3
I wake up and found it's almost 1 hour. I went to her room and try to see inside from outside. I found they were busy fucking each other. I went back to home. Whole night I was thinking was she try to feel me same I had done previously or were there something else?
Next morning when I turn on TV, I was shocked. There were news that Kritika was raped last night in the hotel room and five suspect was arrested by police.I run to hospital. She was already sent to hospital but I found her bag on the table that she had left yesterday night while she was talking with me.I couldn't believe what's happening around. Last night I was to propose her and that day she was in ICU in between life and death.

I went to police station and their I came to know that the suspect were arrested on the basis of there last night call. They found call history of all of them last night in kritika cell phone.
Next day they were presented in the court. According to their lawyer they were not present there that night and showed different bills of their name. He tried to prove that they were not present in that hotel that night so how could they rape? But I know he was lying so after consulting their opposition lawyer I gave my statement that I saw one of them that night with kritika. But it also didn't work. They proved that I was drunk that night showing my bill of that night. I tried my best, I shouted that I saw one of them there but it was of no use. The court gave another date. It was now sure that they were going to win the case.

I was in trouble having no idea what to do. I couldn't analyse the thing well. One of them were there, that's the truth but he was not there to rape her that's also true. I saw with my own eye her lying with that guy and enjoying the moment. So why was he lieing? Was she realy raped? There were many question coming up in my mind but I was blank. I had no idea. I went back to the hotel. I asked every staff about him but they denied the fact that he was there. I knew that they were lieing so I asked them to show the CC tv footage. But they told me that the CC on that day were off for maintainance work. I went to see the room she had booked but the room were being cleaned. I knew something was wrong there but I couldn't do anything due to lack of evidence. I went back to home. I tried my best to sleep but I couldn't. I took a sleeping pill and went to bed.

Days were passing. Nearer the court date coming, I was getting more nervous. Finally the court date came and same thing happened what I imagined. They said same thing about CC tv to Judge. Even the sperm report didn't match. But that day also the court didn't give decision and court was adjourned for next date.
After sperm report I was sure that some thing definitely happen that night and all the evidence were being changed. No they only hope was that she came out to ICU and give her statement so that I could know the truth.
Samething happened she gave her statement that she was raped by those person. But still she was not out of denger. She was still in ICU.
Next day in the morning I was having my coffee. I received the lawyer call that she was no more with us. We had the rituals. On next date in court they gave same logic the she was also drunk so she might not recognize them well. They also told that she was characterless woman and she had booked a room to fuck his client. They present a young boy as client. He accepted that he had paid her for whole night.

Nothing was left, all evidence were at there side. But I knew all the evidence were created. Court was to give decision and its clear that they were going to win the case. I suddenly asked her lawyer for mobile and SIM tracking of the suspect for that night. After presenting that the court was adjourned for next date.
I knew they would change that evidence also. They would find some way to get out of this. I was thinking of how to prove that he was there. I was thinking and I even didn't notice when I fall asleep.
